Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 7–20 business days. US orders typically arrive in 7–15 days; international orders up to 20 days. Tracking info is emailed once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $59 ship free to the United States. Orders under $59 have a flat $6.99 fee. International shipping is $9.99 for most destinations.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from warehouses in the United States and Guangdong, China, depending on product availability and your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — US, Canada, UK, and most of Europe. Delivery takes 10–20 business days. Import duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Email support@obodesk.com if you need help locating your package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
30-day returns from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@obodesk.com with your order number to start.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item, then 2–5 more days for your bank to post the credit.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@obodesk.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Are your products MagSafe compatible?
Many of our phone cases feature MagSafe-compatible magnets. Check each product page for specific compatibility details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email support@obodesk.com immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Transactions are secured with SSL and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant systems.
